We want you to be 100% happy with the promotional products you have purchased from us; however sometimes things can go wrong.

Please check your order immediately upon receipt delivery.

We will always aim to rectify any issues, to do this we may request a collection of your order so that we can inspect the goods, so please do not distribute any part of the order.

Once the order has been collected and quality-checked our customer service team will be in touch. If we have determined that either the product or the branding is faulty we will offer one of the following next steps:

a) reproduction of the faulty portion of the order
b) To provide a full refund equal to the value of the faulty element of your order.
